You may also “key in” transactions to a standalone terminal or POS with a surcharge included. So no matter how you take your phone/keyed orders, you are welcome to surcharge or charge convenience fees.
Bear in mind that you are still required to disclose any surcharging to your customers prior to the sale taking place.
