What is membership pricing?

Membership pricing is a form of interchange-plus pricing, that is simpler to understand. It removes some of the "variability" of standard interchange-plus models.

At its core, all interchange+ pricing means is that you're adding a fixed margin onto the underlying interchange rates. That margin can be in different forms, but the most important part is that the margins are separate from interchange. As the merchant, you are able to "tease out" the underlying interchange, and clearly see your provider's margins. That's a good thing! You want to know how much your provider makes, and in an ideal relationship, your provider will want you to know, too! That's why interchange+ makes so much sense - it keeps both parties in the loop, and it keeps the relationship honest.

Membership pricing is another form of interchange+ pricing, too! It simply adds a monthly membership fee to the underlying interchange rates that all merchants pay. It allows you as the merchant to always know what you'll pay to AND on a monthly basis. That's full transparency, and that's what we believe in. We don't offer confusing tiered-pricing plans, nor do we offer "bait and switch" deals with rates that promise more than they deliver.

In addition to membership pricing, we also offer zero-cost processing. Zero-cost allows you to pass your processing fees along to your customers, thus saving you from paying them!

We're serious about saving money.

AND is dedicated to getting your processing rates as close to zero as possible. We utilize membership pricing along with cash discounting and surcharging programs to maximize savings. Let our analysts review your statements and see how much money we can put back in your pockets.
